ok, so this man is my hero. if you don’t know who it is, this is david wilkerson. he is the founder of teen challenge, pastor of times square church, and author of the cross and the switchblade. if you still don’t know who he is, david is the one who made the sermon a call to anguish.
i just found out he died today in a car accident, and immediately i was shocked. i still don’t know what to think because this sucks! i wasn’t expecting him to die for at least another 20 years as silly as that sounds haha. i love everything that he has done to change the world. i don’t agree with everything he has said but regardless of that he is still my hero! you will be greatly missed rev. wilkerson. :(WHAT?

Wow. I’ve always loved this guy, since I read his book years ago….
I kept saying I wanted to see him at Times Square Church, since I moved here a year ago, and now, I won’t be able to hear him live…
NYC will miss you, but I’m sure he is loving life so much better where he is now.
